Give our Products some Personalities, please

I love this Siri's response to the question "What color are your eyes?" Siri: I don't have eyes. But if I did, I think I'd be rolling them a lot. Nick Bilton in his interesting article  highlighted how important for AI bots  to have intelligence to have conversations like humans. I called it Personality. A sarcastic response from Siri gives her a personality that struck me in awe. Had she gave a normal answer like blue, or any other special colors, we would have been thinking. 'Well, that's not bad. She knows what are the colors of the eyes.' But we need something more than that. To surprise the users, to WOW and delight them in an unexpected way, to differentiate ourselves from our competitor.  Instinctively, I think of Apple products and their famous campaign ' Be different. Challenge the status quo'. That is the hallmark of giving personalities to the products and in Apple's case, the brand itself. Hell, yeah, we definitely ...
